Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the refund process carefully:

Before Production

  • Refunds are available only during the final design stage, before production begins.
  • After we send you a mock preview of your product, you may decide whether to proceed.
  • Once a product enters print or production, no changes, refunds, or returns are possible.
  • Customers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final design (from the date we email it to you).
  • This policy ensures fairness to both customers and designers.

After Delivery

  • Due to the custom nature of each item, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Requests outside this window or without documentation may be denied.
